I was born into chaos — a house filled with fighting, fear, and silence. My childhood was marked by trauma, abuse, and depression. Violence wasn’t just something that happened around me — it shaped how I saw the world and myself.
When I was four, an older boy began coming into my room at night. When I told someone, it caused a storm. Social services, shouting, shame. That day, I learned to hide.
I learned: don’t speak, stay small, don’t tell the truth.
That belief stayed with me for decades.
At school, I was bullied and misunderstood. I didn’t know I was neurodivergent — living with undiagnosed ADHD and autism. I processed the world differently, and that difference became loneliness.
Food became my comfort. Then my punishment.
By eleven, I wanted to die.
By fourteen, I was self-harming.
By seventeen, I was taking drugs to get through the day.
Therapy didn’t help. Medication didn’t fix me.
I wasn’t crazy — I was traumatized.
And I didn’t yet know how to heal.
By nineteen, I was kicked out of home and spiraling. Eating disorders, toxic relationships, addiction, and homelessness became my normal. I lied and stole because I was drowning — not because I didn’t have a heart, but because mine was shattered.
When we don’t heal our trauma, we recreate it.
I did — again and again. Until life forced me to stop running.
One day, everything shifted.
I met a shaman, and through that encounter, began the long journey home to myself.
I stepped into the world of energy healing, consciousness work, and plant medicine ceremonies.
I worked with sacred tools and ancient teachers:
Ayahuasca, LSD, Kambo, Bufa, Mushrooms
Icaros, ritual, shadow work, divine union
I met God.
I met my darkness.
And I realized both could be sacred.
After deep initiations, I received the spiritual title Guru (Gu meaning light, Ru meaning darkness*).
Not as a label of hierarchy — but as a reminder that true awakening lives in integration.
Over the last decade, I’ve guided thousands of women and spiritual seekers through deep transformation.
I’ve led sold‑out workshops, spoken at global healing events, coached hundreds one‑to‑one, and authored teachings that reach millions online.
I call my movement The Joy Revolution — a worldwide invitation to awaken joy, authenticity, and embodied healing.
My work weaves together psychology, spirituality, trauma recovery, and empowerment to help others move from survival to sovereignty.
My mission is simple:
To bring light into the places we’ve hidden the most.
To help you remember that your pain is not your ending — it’s your beginning.
From Surviving to Thriving
If you’re here, something within you is ready to rise.
You might be tired.
Tired of being too much for some people and not enough for others.
Tired of pleasing everyone but yourself.
Tired of carrying invisible wounds that no one ever truly saw — but that shaped everything you are.
You are not broken.
You are not lost.
You are awakening.
You’ve spent your life surviving.
Now, it’s time to start living — fully, fiercely, with joy.
This is the path I teach — a path of healing, authenticity, and spiritual awakening. Together, we’ll help you come home to the truth of who you are.
